Good rapport with your therapist is one of the biggest indicators of a positive outcome in therapy, regardless of concern. In our 15-minute consultation (free, yay!) we will discuss your concerns, I will provide more information about myself, and we will work collaboratively to determine if we are a good fit. Finding a therapist you vibe with can be a daunting process. Even if you don’t end up being a client of mine, I am happy to support you by providing referrals for other clinicians/programs that I feel may be beneficial based on your specific concerns.
